ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to launch their careers in sales while making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. You will receive comprehensive paid training, where you will learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry and sales techniques to set you up for success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and effective communication
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them with questions and concerns
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and exceed client expectations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
